Embodied Practice is the studio of the body — the systems, trainings, and rituals that shape strength, posture, energy and resilience.

I integrate external supports that help regulate the nervous system and maintain flow, from tactile tools like guasha and fascia release, to sensory practices like sauna and sound therapy. From structured programs to quiet, daily practices, this is where I design how I move and sustain myself.

These practices are not about performance, but about sustaining energy and designing a body that supports regenerative living, so in turn, my body can be supported by the harvests I yield.
