The Build
The making of the garden, from the decisions that shaped the original landscape to the structures and productive layers being added over time.
The Build follows the physical story of the garden. The invitation that brought us here. The brief for the original native garden. The people who designed and built it. The ways access was considered from the beginning, and the beds, growing structures and other interventions now becoming part of the garden.
It moves backwards and forwards through that history, recording how the place was made and how it continues to change.
The Invitation
Before Generate By Design came the family home, a changed future and the invitation that set everything else in motion.
